Urszula Perlik

CEO and co-founder of Perlik Aluminium. After completing her higher education, she gained a broad spectrum of experience across various sectors of the economy. Ultimately, she dedicated herself to the aluminium industry, where she has been working continuously for 27 years.

Józef Perlik

Vice President and co-founder of Perlik Aluminium, with over 34 years of experience in the aluminium industry. Before founding Perlik Aluminium, he worked at leading aluminium processing companies in Germany after completing his technical studies, gaining valuable knowledge and expertise. Upon returning to Poland, he decided to co-found his own company.

Dawid Perlik

Operations Manager and authorized representative of the company, one of the two successors of Perlik Aluminium. Even during his high school years, he actively gained experience both within and outside Perlik Aluminium. A graduate of Kozminski University in business development and internationalization, he is responsible for the company’s operational activities and long-term development plans and strategies.

Łukasz Jędrysiak

Production Manager and a graduate of Poznań University of Technology. He is responsible for implementing new projects and industrial technologies, from concept to launch. He has been with Perlik Aluminium for 10 years.

Maciej Kurzydłowski

Human Resources Manager, internal auditor, and occupational health and safety (OHS) trainer. A graduate of the School of Management and Business in Poznań, he has been associated with Perlik Aluminium for over 12 years.
